Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Tomato limits
Don't be disappointed - read the fine print - you can only grow three tomato plants in a seven pot AeroGarden or one plant in a three pot AeroGarden. Otherwise, it's a fine product.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Sprouted in just 3 days
The seeds sprouted within 3 days just like it said and within a week tripled in size. Arugula is one of my favorite salad greens but I always have a tough time keeping them alive in my outdoor garden. So far it looks like the plants are going to thrive in the Aerogarden!

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - no peppers at all grows taller than garden
not advised to get this seed kit. the peppers grow taller than the aero-garden before setting any fruit.

stick with the basic herbs that come with the original garden as they are the only ones that will grow in the limited space.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Not as bad as others say
I have to agree with one of the other reviews that the kit does become "Bushy" and large for an aerogarden. I actually thought this might happen since I have grown String beans in an outdoor garden and have seen how big these plants can get. The size of the "crawl" and the overall size of the plants is much smaller than what you would see in an outdoor garden so don't let the reviews put you off. The plant will hang over and spread, but so does my lettuce garden.

As far as output goes my review is somewhat tainted with the fact that my pump gave out 3 months into growing and I did not figure this out until it was too late to recover. I harvested a decent sized bowl not too long into growing and the plant was covered with flowers (which obviously was going to produce more beans, much more actually)

I don't know what happened to the other reviewers but I got a decent harvest (and in hindsight I think I would have had much more) until my pump went out and killed the plant. Do I think I was going get $20 worth of beans? Do you really think you get that from any of these kits? I don't. I like the fresh food and the fun of growing them. Then again with food prices, maybe you can get your money's worth out of these kits, the healthy fair is a nice bonus too.

I do recommend getting the trellis to help hold the plant up, the little wires that come with the kit are pretty much worthless.

I hope my review helps others.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Disappointed with this kit.
This is the first Aerogarden kit that I have not been pleased with. My two Cilantro pods did not sprout at all. I contacted Aerogarden and they said there is a known issue with the Cilantro and they are investigating ways to fix it. I would not recommend purchasing this kit until they work out the problem.

The other herbs are growing just fine. The Epazote is growing like crazy- although I'm not sure what to cook with it.

All About N-Gage have the dirt on a game that looks like it has a lot of potential: Asphalt: Urban GT.  I can't say that I've played much more than some FIFA and other random stuff on the N-Gage, but a good racer can add a lot of value to a gaming platform.  Of course I'm still waiting to see if Call of Duty rocks as much as it should.

Speaking of Mini DisplayPort, here's another entry from Apple in the shipping hall of shame. They're shipping the five-inch Mini-DiplayPort-to-DVI adapter in a box that's bigger than the MacBook's. Check out the waste.

As Kevin notes, it might seem nitpicky, but when you compare this to how much Apple boasts on the MacBook's green packaging, it is kind of jarring:

"The new MacBook packaging is up to 41 percent smaller than the previous generation. And smaller boxes are much better for the planet. Because smaller boxes mean we can fit more boxes on each shipping pallet — up to 25 percent more. Which means more products will fit on each boat and plane. Which means fewer boats and planes are used, resulting in fewer CO2 emissions. It’s just one seemingly minor change. But it has a major positive impact on our environment."

Surely they've got a smaller box lying around somewhere. If not, we hope they transition all of their shipping boxes to a greener variation—not just to align them with Apple's own standards and goals, but to set an example for the rest of the industry. [jkOnTheRun]
